• User/Client: Any individual accessing the Therapsy website or utilizing its services to connect with a therapist.
• Therapist: Licensed psychotherapists or psychiatrists affiliated with Therapsy and registered with the appropriate professional body in Italy.
• Services: The facilitation of connections between clients and therapists, as well as access to information provided through the Therapsy platform.

3. Services Provided

Therapsy provides the following services:

• Offering an initial free assessment call to understand the client’s needs and recommend a suitable therapist.
• Connecting clients with licensed therapists who can provide psychotherapy services.

Once a client is referred to a therapist, the responsibility for scheduling sessions, discussing fees, and managing the therapeutic process rests entirely with the therapist and the client.

4. Booking and Session Management

Initial Assessment

• Users can request a free initial assessment call through the Therapsy website or by contacting Therapsy directly.
• During the assessment, Therapsy will gather information about the client’s needs and recommend a suitable therapist.

Session Booking

• Once a therapist is assigned, all session bookings are managed directly between the client and the therapist.
• Therapsy does not manage, oversee, or facilitate session scheduling beyond the initial assessment call.

5. Payment Terms

Therapsy does not process or manage payments for therapy sessions. Payments are made directly to the therapist according to the terms and conditions agreed upon between the client and the therapist.

Therapists are responsible for clearly communicating their fees, payment methods, and cancellation policies to clients prior to beginning therapy.

6. Cancellation Policy

Any rescheduling or cancellation of therapy sessions is subject to the policies of the individual therapist. Therapsy is not involved in cancellations or disputes regarding missed or rescheduled sessions.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

Therapsy is committed to protecting the confidentiality of its users.

• Personal information collected during the initial assessment call is managed in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
• Once a client is referred to a therapist, the therapist assumes full responsibility for maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional and legal standards of privacy.

• Payment disputes or scheduling issues between clients and therapists.
