No, Therapsy is not currently part of the Bonus Psicologo network, so the voucher cannot be redeemed with us. However, many international clients reimburse therapy costs through their private health insurance (Cigna being the most common confirmed case), which often covers a portion of out-of-network mental health care. Payments are processed through Stripe using your credit, debit, or prepaid card. You enter your card details once, and from then on sessions are billed automatically in the first days of each month for the previous month’s sessions. Your card details are stored by Stripe (not by Therapsy), with PCI-DSS encryption.

You can reschedule or cancel a session by messaging your therapist directly through your Therapsy chat. We require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours, or no-shows, are still billed – this protects the therapist’s time and keeps the service quality high for all clients.
