Yes. Every therapist on the team listed above is registered with the Italian Albo degli Psicologi in their respective region, has completed the legally required 4-year specialization in psychotherapy, and has been clinically vetted by our Clinical Director. Some team members are also licensed internationally and practice across multiple regulatory frameworks.

Every therapist goes through a rigorous selection: verification of Italian licensure, evidence of completed 4-year specialization, clinical interview with our Clinical Director Dr. Francesca A. Boccalari, review of areas of expertise and language fluency, and ongoing clinical supervision. We accept fewer than 1 in 100 therapists who apply, ensuring the quality you see on the team page.

Yes. The team page above shows each therapist’s photo, languages, areas of expertise, and clinical approach. You can browse profiles to get a feel for the team, but the actual matching is done by our Clinical Director based on your specific needs – this typically results in a better fit than self-selection. During your free assessment call you can also ask to switch if you prefer a different therapist.

It’s completely normal – sometimes it’s just a matter of personal chemistry. Just message us, share what didn’t work, and we’ll match you with a different therapist who fits better. There’s no extra cost or paperwork, and the new free assessment call lets you test the new match risk-free.

During your free assessment call, you and your therapist will agree on the days and times that work for both of you.
