I am one of her patients who only understands English or German. Francesca speaks English very well and explains everything very well during the therapy session. Even if she sometimes doesn't know a specific word, I can still understand what word she is looking for from her explanation. She is kind and caring and has the motivation to help people. She is one of the many therapists I have had who is not weird or makes you work too hard. She understands your limits and maybe pushes them a little bit more to help you with your problems, but if you tell her it's too far from the limit she will understand and try to help you in another way. All in all, I really recommend her and I trust her.
I will try to give a professional review of Francesca. I think her strong point is making people feel comfortable in a way that only close people know how to do: the ones who really care about how you are. She is available for hours and location and is present if you are in difficult times but do not have a way to go to the studio. She respects the patient's time, proceeds slowly and carefully to get to the heart of the matter.. to the heart of the problem.. and help to solve it. I came across Francesca a bit by chance, but I believe that getting help from her was the best decision I could make in recent years!
